Yes, LedgerBizz has built-in SMTP email integration. You can send professional fee invoices, receipts, and payment reminders directly to parents' email addresses with PDF attachments. You can also send bulk emails to all parents at once.
You can create multiple academic years and terms within the system. Each academic year can have its own unique fee structure, allowing you to easily transition between terms and years without losing historical financial data. This ensures accurate tracking and reporting for any period.
The standard Pro and Enterprise licenses are for a single computer. However, our Lifetime License allows installation on up to 3 computers. If you need to sync data between multiple locations, you can use our auto-backup feature to manually transfer your database or set up a shared network drive (advanced setup).
Your data is always yours. If your annual license expires, the software will revert to the free Trial mode. You will still be able to view all your existing data, generate reports, and export your information. However, you won't be able to create new invoices or add new students beyond the trial limits until you renew.
