When you receive stock through a Purchase Order, the system automatically recalculates the average cost of your inventory based on the new purchase price and existing stock levels. This ensures that your profit margin calculations and inventory valuations are always accurate, reflecting the true cost of goods sold.
The standard Pro and Enterprise licenses are for a single computer. However, our Lifetime License allows installation on up to 3 computers. If you need to sync data between multiple locations, you can use our auto-backup feature to manually transfer your database or set up a shared network drive (advanced setup).
Your data is always yours. If your annual license expires, the software will revert to the free Trial mode. You will still be able to view all your existing data, generate reports, and export your information. However, you won't be able to create new invoices or add new items beyond the trial limits until you renew.
