1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using LedgerBizz Inventory Pro (the "Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Software.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Software:

  • Trial Version: For a period of 10 days, with limitations on the number of items and invoices.
  • Pro/Enterprise License: For the duration of the purchased term (1 or 2 years), on a single computer, with access to all features.
  • Lifetime License: Perpetual use on up to 3 computers, including lifetime updates and support.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to, and will not permit others to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
  • Share your license key or Hardware ID with unauthorized third parties.
  • Use the Software for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or marks on the Software.

4. Payments and Refunds

All purchases are processed securely through our authorized payment partners. Due to the digital nature of the Software, all sales are final. However, we offer a 10-day free trial so you can evaluate the Software before purchasing. If you experience technical issues preventing the Software from functioning as described, please contact support within 14 days of purchase for a potential refund or resolution.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEDGERBIZZ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Software after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
